From the Inside-Out

$9.00

We are taught from a young age to look outside of ourselves for our sense of wholeness and well-being. This takes place innocently, but the consequences are profound as it leads to a sense of feeling separate from life, from oneself, and others.

The collective trance of valuing external things and experiences more than being internally connected, can be reversed. Spiritually, we use tools such as meditation, inquiry, noticing where one’s attention is placed, as well as connecting to one’s body, in order to unite what has become divided, and to rest in the here and now.

With an inner commitment, one can learn to lean back into one’s being, in order to realign with one’s essence.

The outgoing flow of attention needs to be reigned in, for one to come back home to one’s Self.

In this meeting, we practice bringing one’s attention back to the body, and to the moment, allowing for the simplicity of presence to reveal itself.
