Healing Mother Earth Through the Return of Balance
$7.00 Add to cartMonthly Online Meeting: May 9th, 2026. 2 hours
As we witness increasing imbalance in our world, many are feeling called to return to a deeper harmony within ourselves and with the Earth. Our sense of disconnection from ourselves and from one another is reflected in how distant we have become from nature and our relationship with the living world. This separation creates profound inner suffering, anxiety, fear, and a lack of coherence, and it has also contributed to the very real crisis we now face on our planet. There are many ways to approach healing this divide. Within spiritual work, we begin by remembering the truth of our wholeness and our inherent connection to all life. If there was ever a time to dissolve inner division, it is now. Sometimes life gives us the very push we need to awaken from our slumber. I warmly invite you to join me in this shared remembering and return to balance.

Join us as we inquire into the deeper dimensions of awakening, and how it continues to reveal itself in and through our human experience.

Loving Truth For Its Own Sake – March 22, 2025
$7.00 Add to cartLoving Truth for its own sake implies having a mind that is totally open to whatever truth we may find. To support the realization of what Truth really is, you must learn how to let go of self-limiting beliefs that bind you to any external reward or benefit. We learn over time that projecting our desires onto Reality, as if it were a wish fulfilling tree meant to satisfy our needs or bestow freedom from the harshness of life, actually gets in the way of the revelation of Presence.
The realization of Truth contains intrinsic value; this is because unobscured Presence is itself beyond anything one can imagine.
In this meeting, we explore how we get in our own way imagining what Spiritual Realization will bring us, inviting Reality as it is, to reveal itself.Keynotes:
– The discussion touches on the interconnectedness of all things and the need to let go of seeking proof or evidence of truth.
– The importance of maintaining an open, surrendered attitude, letting go of the need to know.
– The conversation highlights the importance of being present with what is, allowing truth to reveal itself naturally.
– The importance of not seeking proof or evidence of truth, allowing it to be self-evident.
– The discussion includes the importance of being with what is present, allowing truth to be as it is.
– The value of maintaining an open, surrendered attitude, letting go of the need to know.
– Discussion on the paradox of not knowing and the heart’s comfort with this paradox. -

Resting in Paradox: Emptiness & Form – April 19, 2025
$7.00 Add to cartRecorded online meeting, April 19, 2025, approx. 2 hours.
We have all heard that ultimate reality is a unified whole, and that everything is interconnected. Non-duality (not two), recognizes that duality is real in a way, but it’s not the whole story. It’s about recognizing that both emptiness and form are true and that they exist in a complementary relationship. This tension between unity and separation, between the relative and the absolute, is not just an intellectual idea but something we live through constantly, whether we’re conscious of it or not. Even in quantum physics, the observer effect, wave-particle duality, and entanglement suggest that our neat boundaries aren’t as solid as they seem. There’s a humbling realization: the universe doesn’t split itself up the way our minds do.To see clearly without division, to rest in what is, can open us to a vast space of unconditional love and allowance. It’s not about liking or disliking; it’s more about intimacy with what is. Resting in paradox—not solving it, not pushing it away—is a wisdom in allowing things to be contradictory, because life is. It’s that sweet spot where form and emptiness meet, and neither cancels the other out.
Keynotes:
- The discussion includes the idea of resting in the heart and the emptiness of mind, and how these states are inclusive and free of confusion.
- The conversation highlights the importance of balance between emptiness and presence, and how this balance can be achieved through meditation and conscious awareness.
- Insights on the empty quality of matter and how this realization can lead to a deeper understanding of the world.
- The discussion includes the idea of being less hooked by external conditions and how this leads to a more unconditioned and free way of loving and being.
- The process of living the true nature and how this involves a balance between being and becoming.
- The discussion touches on the idea of being guided by inner guidance and how this helps in achieving the balance needed for a fulfilling life.
- The conversation highlights the importance of being honest with oneself and how this leads to a more authentic and fulfilling way of living.

Feeling and Responding to World Grief – February 15, 2025
$7.00 Add to cartRecorded online meeting, February 15, 2025, approx. 2 hours.
There is an increasing awareness on a collective level that we are in a fragile place world wide. Since we are all interconnected at our root level, it is natural that we are feeling the impact of the great imbalance that our unconscious has helped create. As life on our beloved planet becomes more challenging, the nervous system is naturally activated, becoming overloaded with cortisol. This is occurring both on a personal, as well as a collective level.
True spirituality is not solely personal, as equal concern for all Beings and Life arises out of the unconditional heart. With freedom comes a responsibility, and as the heart becomes more engaged, concern for the whole naturally emerges.
But first we must tend to our own grieving hearts. The portal to being here (what awakening is all about), is to stop and rest in what is taking place. Once what is in pain has been met by allowance, space can be made for healing as well as for what is to come. As inner resilience is created, Truth has a chance to reveal what our own participation is to be.
Keynotes:
-Making friends with being uncomfortable, reducing resistance.
-The way we are meeting ourselves is the way we meet the world.
-If some part of you is not grieving, you are not really living, you are not really here.
-Opening up to sensation: The felt sense beneath the labels. (exercise)
-All the parts that want to come home: singing out of harmony
-Alchemizing what you contain to create more space to be here now, inner resilience.
-The unmet content we contain inside colors & filters the moment.
-The primary grief/wound is separation.
-The full embodied awakening includes your humanity; your humanity does not inherently equal separation/separate self.
-Normalizing grief versus transcending it.
-Forgetting causes pain, pain inflicts pain.
-What resistance is holding us back from is loving.
-Opening to grief = Opening to love: The intimacy of being here, the sweet bitterness that comes from loving and being alive. -

Spiritual Integrity – January 25, 2025
$7.00 Add to cartSpiritual integrity is a life-long process whereby one’s increasing self-awareness and spiritual understanding are mirrored within your life and actions. It requires a considerable depth of clarity, self-love, and uncompromising willingness. To live in a state of awakening is at times a razor’s edge, requiring mindfulness. We can easily get out of alignment with grace and guidance when we don’t follow what we know to be true. Living in integrity is not meant to be out of reach, but it does call for constant adjustment and honest self-examination. We are meant to live in alignment with the sharp clarity of life’s spiritual laws, which are: love, kindness, integrity, compassion, and care for all life.
Keynotes:
The importance of telling yourself the truth in the present moment and the significance of that in the process of awakening.
The role of being honest with oneself in speech, actions, and relationships with others.
The more embodied we are, the more of ourselves is here, and the deeper awakening can take place.
Uncleared power centers and shadow material can create a harmful dynamic between teacher and student. -

Finding the Sacred in Life – November 19, 2024
$7.00 Add to cartRecorded online meeting, November 19, 2024. Approx. 2 hours.
The habit of focusing on what is wrong with oneself, with others, and with the world runs deep. In order to maintain balance, it is helpful to not only be watchful of this tendency, but to remind oneself of the simple beauty which lives in the midst of ordinary life.
Beauty resides within the ephemeral, with what is impermanent, as well as within the eternal, manifesting as Truth: the unchanging reality living within all things.
Beauty requires attention, and when we are more attentive to life, we tend to see more of the beauty within life. In order to do so, we need to notice what is all around us, getting out of our narrow way of perceiving reality, and opening a portal to the living essence of Truth.Keynotes:
The sacred is the present moment.
Opening to experience (the present moment) means, including all that is arising. Yourself – as you are right now.
The role of the conditioned heart in mind in preventing or inhibiting realization.
Connecting with sensing.
Accessing the felt sense of presence helps make Truth embodied and incarnate.
The softening of self consciousness – turning ourselves into an object.
Separation in relation to nature.
Placing meaning over life. -

New Beginnings January 4, 2025
$7.00 Add to cartRecorded online January 4, 2025. 1 hour, 56 minutes. In this audio, Susanne emphasizes the importance of the present moment as the gateway to the felt sense of presence and ultimately the full embodiment of awake consciousness. She encourages the practice of including everything that is taking place right now and details Love and commitment’s role in making awakening abiding. Without grasping or aversion, the practice of opening one’s heart in allowance allows for the fullness and intimacy of what is already present to be revealed and permeated. Susanne also outlines the role of the seeker and how to use the separate-self sense as a tool in the journey of awakening. Susanne reminds that new beginnings take place in the simplicity of the now moment and being present with all that arises.

Barriers to Waking Up Online Meeting October 19, 2024
$9.00 Add to cartWe all know that waking up to our true nature is not always clear and direct. The pull to undertake a spiritual journey arises out of life itself wishing to be whole, which does not mean that our path is without obstructions. Blockages and confusion mostly have to do with our patterned beliefs, as well as with mistaken ideas about what in reality awakening is. It is possible to break the conditioned trance of feeling separate, but one needs good pointing as well as sincerity. In this meeting, we work directly with what may be blocking you from seeing clearly. Full online meeting recorded October 1, 2024, 1 hour 56 minutes.

Integrating Spirituality Into Everyday Life
$9.00 Add to cartYour life is the great testing ground, revealing your degree of spiritual understanding. For example, as truth blooms in your heart, there is a seeing that everything is made of the one divine substance, whereby a natural kindness emerges and emanates towards oneself and others. This does not mean that discernment leaves, rather, what is revealed is that in spite of our unconsciousness and imperfections, we are whole and complete and worthy of love. We are meant to learn along the way how to speak with thoughtfulness, and how to lean into any pain we contain, rather than push it away. As hierarchy falls away, a closing of the gap takes place regarding how we view others, aligning one ever more deeply with the truth of oneness. As one learns how to follow truth’s dictates, a natural alignment emerges. Anything that is false and believed to be true, eventually is washed clean. While doable, the infiltration of truth in one’s life takes time, vigilance, and commitment. This is a lifetime effort, helping heal and smooth over all our rough edges.

What Can One Do to Awaken?
$9.00 Add to cartRealizing your true nature is attainable, as it is the natural state. All Life abides in an undivided manner, and as we are part of nature, we too are meant to know ourselves as being one with existence. Due to the arising of self consciousness in a human being, a polarization occurs internally, whereby the world and self are seen as being separate from nature. This dilemma requires a combination of focused concentration as well as relaxation, in order for what we call awakening to take place. In essence, awakening takes place when one first consciously notices, and then rests, in what already lives whole, within. In this meeting, Susanne will walk you through focused methods assisting you in your spiritual journey. Realizing your true nature, while mysterious, does not need to be confusing. But it does require commitment!

From the Inside-Out
$9.00 Add to cartWe are taught from a young age to look outside of ourselves for our sense of wholeness and well-being. This takes place innocently, but the consequences are profound as it leads to a sense of feeling separate from life, from oneself, and others.
The collective trance of valuing external things and experiences more than being internally connected, can be reversed. Spiritually, we use tools such as meditation, inquiry, noticing where one’s attention is placed, as well as connecting to one’s body, in order to unite what has become divided, and to rest in the here and now.
With an inner commitment, one can learn to lean back into one’s being, in order to realign with one’s essence.
The outgoing flow of attention needs to be reigned in, for one to come back home to one’s Self.
In this meeting, we practice bringing one’s attention back to the body, and to the moment, allowing for the simplicity of presence to reveal itself.

Beyond the Mind & Below the Neck
$9.00 Add to cartThere are two levels of mind: 1) the busy mind where we work out what is needed during our day which can be distracting, and 2) what is called Zen, Big Mind. In this meeting, we will dive into Big Ming, where unconditioned mind resides. Following tapping into Big Mind, we journey to the intelligence which lives below the neck, opening to the wisdom of the heart and the gut, where undivided wholeness, intuition and sensory knowing reside. Our bodies and minds are created to allow innate, rather than controlled, functioning to take place. Together we will lean into relaxing into the unbound nature that we are, helping to align with our natural capacities.

Why Awaken? (July 2023)
$9.00 Add to cartWhat happens when we wake up? What is the purpose? What is one’s life like once one has realized?
And why is it desirable? Is awakening the end, or is there more to be realized?
In this meeting, Susanne will talk about what awakening really is, and why it draws one to achieve it. The spiritual drive for inner union with our very own selves, is a calling which when honored, is meant to help one lead an integrated life. It is the end of living in a divided way within oneself, and when embodied, helps one to reconcile one’s humanity.
