Meeting Life On Its Own Terms
Imaginative thinking is a defense mechanism to life being simply what it is. Mind and body have a tendency to want to move towards pleasure and ease, and this (when unexamined), can create a desire to want to control what is arising rather than allowing things to be as they are. How does one work with this tendency to want to avoid the difficulties of life? How does one meet discomfort within oneself? In this webinar we dive into these subjects.

Deeper Than Spiritual Beliefs
In order to be truly free, each one of us will need to let go of our beliefs of what we think spirituality means, in what it will give us, as well as how it may save us from uncertainty. What we are in truth lies deeper than any belief. Belief is an overlay over reality, and to live as a free being, we will need to look at all that binds us.

Yourself as Nature
Sink into your body, allowing the mind to rest in the container that holds it. The body is of the earth, of nature, and as nature, you are already attuned to listen and be open to all that surrounds you. Our skin and nerve endings, as well as the mysterious subtle energetic force of our bodies, can sense into our greater environment. I am you, and I am the tree. We are each other.
As the felt sense of being a separate self thins out and falls away, the vaster body of the whole is revealed. The body is a portal to the divine knowing itself as form.

Feeling is Healing
Be a friend to your sadness. Open up to it with the vastness of your own Being, the capacity that your heart has for itself. Melancholia, grief, sadness, are all words that we ascribe to sensations that arise like heavy warm syrup in the body. Our bodies contain its own language which when honored, hold the key to liberation.

The Gift of Surrender
There is a force within that knows how to live this life. Learning how to attune and open to what is intelligently guiding life is accessing the same power that is guiding the universe. Life in its intelligence knows what it is doing. When we open to what surrender really is, we leave the need to control behind and open to what the beauty of allowance and trust offers.

Remembering Wholeness
Be the yearning that turns back to look at itself, as it is your very own self calling you home. Seeking is a drive from source to unite itself back with its intrinsic wholeness. It longs for something that is put outside of itself, innocently, when we were very young. So, essentially seeking is propelled by the memory of wholeness. What does it long to make whole? It’s imagined lost part. We long for something already inherently known. Follow the longing back to its root. Your own searching is a self-created journey as you remember your way Home.

The Importance of Connection
Life is all about connection. We come into this life through our mother, we live our lives out on this great earth who nourishes us, and we learn and grow through our relationships with one another. Connection begins with our own selves and as we extend outward to include others, we open ourselves to what is possible. Dropping defense and touching our vulnerability deepens us. The possibilities are endless.

The Most Amazing Nothing
You as a separate self does not exist in Reality. This innocent belief arises out of and returns back to where it came from: The totality.
