Topic: The True Meaning of Spirituality
It is easy to forget what the true meaning of spirituality is about amidst both the current commodification of it, as well as centuries of massive confusion. True spirituality is meant to bring one back home to oneself, to the place inside that each one of us contains which is intact, whole, and undivided.
The path by which one does this return journey is meant to be direct and authentic, and up to each person to decide for themselves is most true.
True spirituality is not about gaining more identity, but about the lessening of the self-sense, which opens one up to the understanding that we are interconnected, one with our living planet and with the mystery of existence.
